Gathering Preview #2
The Gathering is the new Saturday Night hangout!
It is a simple idea—Create a hot hang out on Saturday Nights with worship and a message for 20-somethings, THEN a 4 hour hang out!

Video Game Rooms (Wii, Playstation 3, X-Box 360)
Movie Room, Board games
…plus The Front Porch Café selling espresso, lattés & cappuccino
The Gathering has 3 more Preview dates (February 16th & March 1st & 15th) before it launches in April, then in April it goes Live to EVERY SATURDAY. Come by and check it out as we experiment and it develops!
We also need help doing a lot of things so things work smoothly. Some things with which we need help:
1. Promotions (putting up posters & handing out cards–we’re going around Dover on Thursday and Friday)
2. Set-up: video games, board games, tables (books, food, etc.)
3. Tear down & clean up
4. Video & Photography
5. MySpace, Website, Email lists & Youtube
6. Leading events/service opportunities, Bible studies, etc.
