Convoy of Hope–Putting your Faith to Work
One of the reasons so many people never go forward in their faith is that they never put their faith into action. The three values we talk about are Connect-Grow-Serve. This opportunity will change the lives of those you serve and your own life.
Convoy of Hope is a multi-church, one-day, special community event designed to meet both physical and spiritual needs of impoverished families. On average Convoy of Hope partners with 1,000 local volunteers to serve around 10,000 guests. Outreaches give hope by providing 80,000 pounds of groceries, health and dental screenings, free haircuts, games and activities for children of all ages.
The main event is on Saturday. Some of us plan on going a few days early to help setup, get the word out and prep everything. I need people who want to come early and people who are coming for Saturday only.
